Chiranjib is responsible for strategic direction and day-to-day operations. He has over 16 years of experience in development of OSS/BSS products. Before co-founding Zinnia, Chiranjib worked with Aricent where, as Director - Engineering, he led the development of the company's OSS/BSS products. Chiranjib holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bengal Engineering and Science University (BESU), Kolkata and a Master's degree from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai.

Ram is responsible for product strategy, QA, and operational activities. Ram brings over 20 years of experience, particularly at Microsoft where he spent over 15 years in various management capacities. During his career, Ram has contributed to the development of several core components of operating systems and related products. Ram holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a Masters of Computer Science from City University of New York, USA.

Ravi is responsible for business development and marketing operations. He has working experience of more than 20 years in IT within the banking and telecom domains. He has over a decade of experience in development and implementation of B/OSS products while working for companies such as Amdocs (Europe), Axes Technologies, Convergys, and Aricent. During his career, he has played multiple roles and managed more than 25 Tier I and green field operators across the globe. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Technology from IIT, Kharagpur.
